We had a difficult job with our house sale as our buyer's solicitor was obstructive, unreasonable and even rude - but Alicia and Alexandra guided us through honestly, calmly and remained professional and responsive throughout. They helped source alternative options to meet unreasonable requests and I really felt like they were 'on our side', giving very sound advice and looking after us as much as possible. It was a bit of a complicated case and we had minor issues with some confusion over documentation and some small bits that were initially missed or slightly delayed, but these were rectified quickly. Hopefully we won't move house again for another 20 years, but if we do I would happily work with them again.

Sarah provided an excellent service throughout the preparation of our Declaration of Trust. Communication was clear, the turnround time was impressively quick (given how late in the conveyance process we decided to include the Trust), and the whole process was handled efficiently from start to finish. I had an excellent experience with Rowlinsons Solicitors. As a first-time buyer I was quite nervous, but my solicitor, Sammy, and his assistant Chloe, guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. I also really appreciated their digitalised system and app, which made communication and managing documents so simple and convenient. Their support, efficiency, and dedication truly stand out, and I would highly recommend Rowlinsons Solicitors to anyone looking for knowledgeable and caring legal assistance.

An extremely disappointing and distressing experience by Rowlinsons Family Law team (now apparently disolved) at the direction of Linda Hunter (head of family law) during divorce financial remedy proceedings. Despite her role being limited to financial matters, she repeatedly interfered in issues concerning child contact, which were entirely separate and unrelated to the matters in hand. Most concerning was the fact that these actions led to unnecessary delays and, at times, outright prevention of access to my child—causing emotional harm not only to me but also to the child and wider family. This overreach was not only in my opinion unethical, but also extremely harmful. Rather than focusing on a fair financial resolution, she appeared to exploit contact issues as leverage, which is deeply inappropriate and contrary to a child’s best interests. Her lack of professionalism and empathy during such a sensitive period made a painful process significantly worse. I would strongly advise others to be cautious if you expect your solicitor to act with integrity and remain within the bounds of their professional role.

A massive thank you to Sammy and Chloe you were both fantastic, they both made buying of our house easy and stress free. Excellent value for money and so easy to use the app provided, the times I rang I was put through straight away and my questions answered. Highly recommended and a great choice you wont regret :-)
