Following the passing of my father in law, we (the family) engaged the services of Tilly Bailey and Irvine LLP, Stockton office, who held his will. From first point of contact to conclusion of probate we were dealt with in a very professional manner but maintaining a friendly manner. We then engaged the services of Michelle Collins and her team at the Hartlepool office to deal with the conveyancing/sale of the property we had to sell. Again, the team were professional but maintaining a friendly manner in there dealings with us as a family. We were kept upto date at all times via email and phone. Excellent service.

Maria Northrop of the Stockton office led me through a long and protracted sale and a complicated purchase. Very professional when dealing with my matters and an unusual scenario purchasing a house in probate. I would recommend.

I used this solicitors to buy a house. When I bought my first house the solicitors I used would take days to reply to emails and didn’t really explain the legal terminology to me, so I expected the same from TBI, however I could have been more wrong. Alison and her team were amazing, answering any questions I had. All of my emails were answered on the same day.
