    We were introduced to Mr Thomas Iraqi by our estate agent and from our first communication we felt he is the right person to deal with the sale of our property. Further actions and communications confirm that we made the right chose. Mr Thomas Iraqi is a great professional, he is paying attention to smallest details, all advises received were well though and relevant. But what amazed us is his communications approach! I have been dealing with a quite few different property solicitors over the years, but have never ever got this quick, direct communications. He replied to all our enquiries at the same day, always called to confirm and discussed. Overall – it was so easy to be in touch with him! That is one of the main reasons why we managed to complete the sale of our property within two months!!! We can not thank him enough. Great works, super professional, super friendly and efficient.     Very disappointed with this solicitor

    The handling of our file was extremely slow, with long periods of inactivity. There was no proactive follow‑up, and I constantly had to chase for updates. This lack of urgency and poor communication directly contributed to us losing the property we were in the process of purchasing. Overall, the service fell well below the standard I would expect. I would not recommend.

However, it’s important to note that property transactions often involve multiple third parties, and progress can be significantly impacted by factors outside of our control — particularly where matters are transferred mid-transaction or where key documentation and responses are delayed by other parties. In this case, there were a number of external issues which affected the overall timeline and required careful handling to protect your position. Throughout the matter, we made every effort to progress matters and provide updates as information became available. We also note that there were points at which we required instructions and responses in order to move forward, which were not received within the required timeframes. We fully appreciate how frustrating it is when a transaction does not complete as expected, and we do not underestimate the disappointment that causes.
