I had an urgent workplace issue and was seen to and advised within hours of contacting Nash & Co. I was directed to Karen Bussell, who went above and beyond any expectations I had for a solicitor. It was clear immediately that not only does she have an incredible depth of understanding of employment law but the ability to implement this knowledge in quick meaningful succession whilst clearly explaining the rationale and reasoning. I am deeply grateful for her compassion and understanding during an exceedingly difficult time for me, I truly did feel she had my best interest in mind throughout the entire time and her guidance and support was utterly invaluable. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My family have used Nash since c. 2003, and during those few decades I've become a full customer, taking care of all my personal and business legal needs. Running a small business has required the services of legal experts who not only understand how the law works, but can see the company through the eyes of those it deals with. I've had to navigate issues like holding companies, share buy-backs, due diligence, litigation, human resources cases, and a number of personal / domestic matters. I cannot recommend Amy Paterson and James Kerswill at Nash & Co highly enough. They handled our recent house sale exceptionally well from start to finish. The sale was more complex than usual as the property was held in trust, but throughout the entire process Amy and James kept us fully informed and guided us through every stage with professionalism and clarity. Communication was excellent. They responded promptly to all correspondence and were always willing to discuss matters when needed. On a couple of occasions, Amy even made time for calls at very short notice to provide clarification on issues that were causing us concern, which was greatly appreciated. Despite repeated requests from the buyer's solicitors for information that had little relevance to the sale, Amy and James remained professional, patient and courteous throughout. Their experience and expertise were evident, and they dealt with every query efficiently and calmly. One aspect that particularly stood out was their proactive approach to client service. Whenever either of them was due to be on holiday, they informed us in advance and introduced the colleague who would be providing cover. As a result, we never encountered an out-of-office response or experienced delays waiting for someone to return. Their pricing was also completely transparent. We were provided with a clear quotation at the outset, and the final bill came in slightly below the quoted amount, which was a pleasant surprise. While there may be cheaper conveyancing providers available, our experience has shown the value of instructing qualified solicitors who genuinely know what they are doing. The expertise, responsiveness and professionalism provided by Amy and James were worth every penny. We are also using Nash & Co in relation to the trust matters connected with the property, and having the same firm deal with both the trust and the house sale made the entire process significantly easier and more efficient along with the fact that they knew how to deal with a property in trust. I would not hesitate to use Nash & Co again for any future legal matters and would wholeheartedly recommend Amy Paterson, James Kerswill and the wider team to anyone requiring legal services.

I recently used Nash & Co for my house purchase and had a very positive experience throughout. The transaction was more complex than expected, but the team communicated clearly and consistently at every stage and always responded in good time. I particularly appreciated that they were realistic and professional throughout the process - they never overpromised, but kept things moving steadily and made sure I understood what was happening and why. First Time Buyers — Highly Recommended As first time buyers purchasing a complex executor/charity sale property, we cannot thank Nash & Co enough for guiding us through what was at times a daunting and stressful process. Rhiannon Moore, Amanda Pickman and the wider team were professional, thorough and always on hand to answer our many questions with patience and clarity. For two people who had no experience of the conveyancing process whatsoever, having a solicitor who communicated clearly and kept us informed every step of the way made an enormous difference. We do feel it is only fair to mention that there were two occasions where Cassandra's middle name was recorded incorrectly on important legal documents, including HMRC paperwork. However, we must stress that on both occasions the errors were identified, acknowledged promptly and rectified quickly and professionally without any impact on our completion timeline. We completed on our first home on 25th September 2026 and could not be happier. Nash & Co played a huge part in making that happen.
