Following a motor accident I became frustrated with the solicitor appointed by my insurance company and asked Nash and Co to take over my claim for damages. The company were excellent in every way and succeeded in getting me a fair settlement. What was outstanding is that the outcome was exactly as the company predicted.

I cannot recommend Nash & Co. more highly following my road traffic accident in France in 2019. Options and the anticipated procedures were clearly explained from the start. I was always kept informed of “progress/developments”in what turned out to be a protracted, yet ultimately, successful claim. Nash & Co. certainly helped to reduce the stress of making a claim.
I would like to thank Marie Oxland and your firm for all the help dealing with my claim for compensation as a result of a traffic accident. I was kept fully informed of the details at every stage and thank you for the successful outcome.

Highly recommend Nash & Co Solicitors. After an injury that wasn't my fault, I felt that a personal injury claim was necessary. Three law firms refused to touch the case and said it didn't have enough weight. Marie at Nash & Co took my case and and took it across the finish line, which was amazing news. Not only that, the professionalism and level of service was excellent. Everyone involved on my case had the same level of drive, reliability and professionalism. I felt listened to and that my case and injury mattered. Everything was transparent, explained, and just a great process. I cannot recommend Amy Paterson and James Kerswill at Nash & Co highly enough. They handled our recent house sale exceptionally well from start to finish. The sale was more complex than usual as the property was held in trust, but throughout the entire process Amy and James kept us fully informed and guided us through every stage with professionalism and clarity. Communication was excellent. They responded promptly to all correspondence and were always willing to discuss matters when needed. On a couple of occasions, Amy even made time for calls at very short notice to provide clarification on issues that were causing us concern, which was greatly appreciated. Despite repeated requests from the buyer's solicitors for information that had little relevance to the sale, Amy and James remained professional, patient and courteous throughout. Their experience and expertise were evident, and they dealt with every query efficiently and calmly. One aspect that particularly stood out was their proactive approach to client service. Whenever either of them was due to be on holiday, they informed us in advance and introduced the colleague who would be providing cover. As a result, we never encountered an out-of-office response or experienced delays waiting for someone to return. Their pricing was also completely transparent. We were provided with a clear quotation at the outset, and the final bill came in slightly below the quoted amount, which was a pleasant surprise. While there may be cheaper conveyancing providers available, our experience has shown the value of instructing qualified solicitors who genuinely know what they are doing. The expertise, responsiveness and professionalism provided by Amy and James were worth every penny. We are also using Nash & Co in relation to the trust matters connected with the property, and having the same firm deal with both the trust and the house sale made the entire process significantly easier and more efficient along with the fact that they knew how to deal with a property in trust. I would not hesitate to use Nash & Co again for any future legal matters and would wholeheartedly recommend Amy Paterson, James Kerswill and the wider team to anyone requiring legal services.

I recently used Nash & Co for my house purchase and had a very positive experience throughout. The transaction was more complex than expected, but the team communicated clearly and consistently at every stage and always responded in good time. First Time Buyers — Highly Recommended As first time buyers purchasing a complex executor/charity sale property, we cannot thank Nash & Co enough for guiding us through what was at times a daunting and stressful process. Rhiannon Moore, Amanda Pickman and the wider team were professional, thorough and always on hand to answer our many questions with patience and clarity. For two people who had no experience of the conveyancing process whatsoever, having a solicitor who communicated clearly and kept us informed every step of the way made an enormous difference. We do feel it is only fair to mention that there were two occasions where Cassandra's middle name was recorded incorrectly on important legal documents, including HMRC paperwork. However, we must stress that on both occasions the errors were identified, acknowledged promptly and rectified quickly and professionally without any impact on our completion timeline. We completed on our first home on 25th September 2026 and could not be happier. Nash & Co played a huge part in making that happen.
