We highly recommend Amy who dealt very efficiently and professionally with the transfer of our mother-in-law's Personal Protection Trust. Amy managed to put us all at ease from the outset and this did not change throughout the whole of the legal process. Amy Douch helped us remove a house from a trust and was very helpful and very patient. We knew nothing about it so she had a lot to put up with from us. Work took a little over a year to complete but we now have our property back in our name and have great peace of mind. So a big thank you to Amy and all at Nash solicitors.
