Brilliant from start to finish

We highly recommend Amy who dealt very efficiently and professionally with the transfer of our mother-in-law's Personal Protection Trust. Amy managed to put us all at ease from the outset and this did not change throughout the whole of the legal process. All correspondence was answered in a timely manner and more importantly, in a way that we also understood. Excellent help with difficult conveyance

Norman Maddocks did a great job of helping us through a difficult conveyance involving an estate with which we were in dispute. Lots of hand-holding and guidance but also ready to listen to client's thoughts on how to handle matters. Could not be happier.

I highly recommend Amy at Nash & Co. Solicitors for any Trust work. My parents each had Trusts set up by McClures which are no longer trading. Jones Whyte took over these and after an email conversation confirmed they would charge (not a small amount) just for them to assess how much work would be involved in doing anything with the Trusts. Whilst this would be offset if we did take things forward with them, they could give no other indication of costs until this review had been undertaken. This felt very unreasonable given they opted to take on the business when McClures disappeared. After undertaking some researched we came across a Facebook group and Nash & Co Solicitors were mentioned as a firm that could help. We were hesitant at first simply due to proximity, but Amy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From our initial contact with her we felt in safe hands with someone who knew what they were doing and truly cared to ensure we had the right outcome. Amy laid out the options and in our case we decided to keep the Trusts. Amy was always helpful and answered every query in a timely and open manner, nothing was too much trouble through the process and her fees were exactly as confirmed at outset, with no hidden costs snuck in, Amy even suggested how we could save money in the process. We would highly recommend Amy and her team at Nash & Co if you discover you have an ex McClures Trust. We are also considering Nash & Co for other legal work.

We instructed Amy Douch after we discovered my mums will was written by McClures solicitors who went bust. Although this process seemed daunting with the horror stories we read about McClures, Amy provided us sound advice and dealt with the case with ease. Cannot recommend Amy enough if you require probate support and particularly if you are wrapped up with McClures issues.

Good experience of Nash & Co as a first time buyer

I recently used Nash & Co for my house purchase and had a very positive experience throughout. The transaction was more complex than expected, but the team communicated clearly and consistently at every stage and always responded in good time. I particularly appreciated that they were realistic and professional throughout the process - they never overpromised, but kept things moving steadily and made sure I understood what was happening and why. Amy Paterson handled the conveyancing for me and was excellent throughout. I would happily recommend Nash & Co to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative solicitor for a property purchase.

Friendly, Helpful but Clear

I've had the pleasure of working with Louis and Ian on a retained basis around employment law queries and general advice. Whether it is just a quick query, a complex case support or anything in between both are always quick to support, a pleasure to talk to and clear on advice and guidance. Both my wife and I have nothing but praise for the way our conveyance was handled, Amy Paterson was certainly well organised, promptly, and effectively dealing with all the relevant correspondence. Nothing was too much trouble and when I had any queries or concerns, they were dealt with very professionally. Amy and the other team members were brilliant. I was initially concerned about using and app and dealing with a lot of the paperwork electronically. I needed not worry as it was easy to navigate and a great way of updated and keeping track of all communications. Your company with Amy as lead provided a superb service and helping us navigate through the conveyancing with clear instruction and the required support along the way. I know I could contact Amy at any time and I would get the correct advice immediately. What I thought was going to be a stressful journey was much simpler than I expected.
