I cannot recommend Amy Paterson and James Kerswill at Nash & Co highly enough. They handled our recent house sale exceptionally well from start to finish. The sale was more complex than usual as the property was held in trust, but throughout the entire process Amy and James kept us fully informed and guided us through every stage with professionalism and clarity. Communication was excellent. They responded promptly to all correspondence and were always willing to discuss matters when needed. On a couple of occasions, Amy even made time for calls at very short notice to provide clarification on issues that were causing us concern, which was greatly appreciated. Despite repeated requests from the buyer's solicitors for information that had little relevance to the sale, Amy and James remained professional, patient and courteous throughout. Their experience and expertise were evident, and they dealt with every query efficiently and calmly. One aspect that particularly stood out was their proactive approach to client service. Whenever either of them was due to be on holiday, they informed us in advance and introduced the colleague who would be providing cover. As a result, we never encountered an out-of-office response or experienced delays waiting for someone to return. Their pricing was also completely transparent. We were provided with a clear quotation at the outset, and the final bill came in slightly below the quoted amount, which was a pleasant surprise. While there may be cheaper conveyancing providers available, our experience has shown the value of instructing qualified solicitors who genuinely know what they are doing. The expertise, responsiveness and professionalism provided by Amy and James were worth every penny. We are also using Nash & Co in relation to the trust matters connected with the property, and having the same firm deal with both the trust and the house sale made the entire process significantly easier and more efficient along with the fact that they knew how to deal with a property in trust. I would not hesitate to use Nash & Co again for any future legal matters and would wholeheartedly recommend Amy Paterson, James Kerswill and the wider team to anyone requiring legal services.

We highly recommend Amy who dealt very efficiently and professionally with the transfer of our mother-in-law's Personal Protection Trust. Amy managed to put us all at ease from the outset and this did not change throughout the whole of the legal process. All correspondence was answered in a timely manner and more importantly, in a way that we also understood.
