My experience working with Blanchards was excellent. I was going through a challenging time at work and needed some employment advice and support with writing a letter. The turnaround for this needed to be quite quick and that's the service I had. I initially made the call and spoke to Claire who was really lovely and personable, and acted on it straight away. She called me back when she said she would and emailed me regularly to keep me informed. The Employment Law Solicitor, Sophia spoke to me within a day and really gave her time to me and listened. She was honest, open and gave excellent advice. There after the service continue all the way through to the end. It was extremely efficient, and I will definitely be using them again. Julie was very welcoming on arrival. I described what had happened over the past few weeks. Julie was very understanding and gave clear and concise instructions for myself as well as explaining the overall process and all of my available options. I just wanted to say on behalf of us all a VERY BIG THANK YOU, for everything you have done for us not just over the last 10 months but over the last few years with all our various property purchases & sales! Your calm & reassuring nature has made any stressful issues we have had more bearable. Thanks must also go to Caroline & your team who have also helped in our goings on to push everything over the line. Thank you doesn’t seem quite enough, but pleased be assured we will, continue to recommend your services to others & perhaps even use you again ourselves one day.. George has a plan 3 properties before he’s 30 !
