    Shareholder Agreement

    Positive, William drafted a shareholder agreement after collecting info following an initial consultation. We then met twice to finalise and discuss the pros and cons of any adjustments I suggested. The process wasn't rushed and worked well for us as an SME. We will be back for adjustments as shareholding changes and other entities are tagged in. Next up NDA's and T's & C's

      The assistance Ian gave us over a rather complicated and protracted land transfer was first rate, he explained things clearly – accommodated us when we couldn't easily get to the Eastbourne Office, by sending items that needed signature to Hastings, he liaised directly with the Developer personally and ensured we understood the process all the way through. His time and fees were worth every penny and the costs were most fair. We would highly recommend Ian for help with land matters as he is so easy and pleasant to deal with, doesn't create work where it isn't needed thus taking potential worry out of the situation. We really don't know how to thank him enough and would recommend his services to anybody.
