I would highly recommend Paul Robinson Solicitors for the excellent legal services and support they provided throughout the probate and administration of my late aunt’s estate, including the conveyancing of her property. From our initial consultation through to the completion of the matter, they were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I saw an advert at West Ham's ground and a post on the club's app. I wanted to update my will and completed the questionnaire on the app late on a Thursday night. By 09:30hrs the next day Ms Barnes contacted me to discuss my aims and objectives with advice on how to present my thoughts to the solicitor. I made an appointment to see Ms LondahI and followed it up by emailing them my thoughts. When I met with Ms Londahl she had read my wishes, sought clarification and agreed to prepare my will as requested. She took time to explain how it would be set out. Within 48 hours I received the paperwork which I reviewed. I wanted to make a couple of changes and contacted the office to discuss them. They were agreed. I made an appointment to sign the will. Once again Ms Barnes and her colleague Ms Lavery were very helpful, explaining the will to me to ensure I understood the implications and to make me aware of the changes they had made as requested by me. I signed. They agreed to send a copy of the will to me by post along with their invoice. This they did. I paid the invoice within 24hours of receipt. I am very happy with the outcome. Having dealt with a number of different firms of Solicitors over the years, both in a private and professional capacity, I found the whole process of dealing with my late Father's Estate through Paul Robinson (Megan Sparks) to be stress free. At all stages there was clear communication and regular updates, including informative communications about any potential delays that could occur, and the reasons why. Absolutely no need to chase anything or request updates. A fantastic solicitors. We used them for a will. The service received was amazing. Clear, concise advise. Very knowledgeable and professional The whole team were friendly, and. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely recommend them.

Paul Robinson Solicitors handled the sale of my late father's property extremely well. They were professional and always on hand to respond to email with in minutes and even over the weekend.

Needs significant improvement especially with overseas clients that have poor proficiency in English. I've been using Paul Robinson Solicitors for a family law case for some years. But the inconsistency in transparency and safeguarding my elderly parents is unsatisfactory. They lack the understanding of cultural differences makes it even worse. This includes interacting with customers who cannot speak English or have no proficiency in English law or comprehension. Due to their mishandling of my parents divorce case and tenant eviction they totally made a mess of a bad situation. Paul Robinson Solicitors were informed that one property was in disrepair and they spent several weeks trying to advise us. Due to conflict of interest with mother and father getting back together they had further messed up divorce proceedings about trying to safeguard my mother and the outcome of the divorce and transfer of properties. The litigation team also caused a further problem with my parents, to a point where I am no longer in contact with my family and my family have removed me from any inheritance. The firm has no comprehension about language barriers and and making sure the the customer has comprehension of law and the implications of poor advice. The firm was also instructed to investigate equity release fraud to the total sum of £82,000.00 by the family. The firm had been advised a member of the family had forged signatures and documents to extort money from Halifax Mortgages. The firm took too long in getting this investigated. They also spent several months trying to correct titles deeds for my mother. Due to the poor advise and systematic poor admistration the above has both caused loses to my mother and I have also lost a family and inheritance which I was promised by my mother when divorce proceedings began.

We have recently moved into the area and needed to update our Wills. We had approached a couple of other practices prior to Robinsons, but they gave the impression that they weren't too bothered. However, at Robinsons, we met Sanchia and she clearly, cheerfully and consisely explained the process required to us. So we made an appointment for the next day. We were greeted at Reception with nice smiles and went into a very nice room with Emily and Sanchia. What a team!! They didn't waste our time with a load of superfluous jargon, but neatly explained the options we had for our new Wills to meet our requirements in a clear and knowledgeable manner. We are both so happy with every aspect of our new relationship with Paul Robinsons Solicitors and we are sure that any new customer will be too.
