Holmes and Hills made the whole process friendly, straightforward and stress-free – which was exactly what I needed during a time when I was feeling vulnerable doing to bereavement and my own health issues. They were also practical and sensitive, not bombarding me with updates but keeping me gently informed and prompting me when I needed to take action. They were also exceptional value for money – brilliant! The whole experience has been excellent.
