My experience with Steven from Meaby&Co has been truly exceptional. Following accusations from my ex-employer about restrictive covenants while I was overseas Steven from Meaby&Co helped me. He was extremely accommodating & understanding as I was overseas when the accusation was made and communication wasn't easy due to time difference. He understood, priotised & helped me resolve the issue successfully..

I’ve just used Meaby to both sell a flat and buy a house. Both had extra complications but the Meaby team were amazing, never stopping extra calls/emails/updating to get both to go through. I had Isil Uzum, Hana Begum and Annie Le on my deals and honestly don’t think either would have gone through with any other solicitors. I will absolutely recommend this team and firm.

Varsha did a fantastic job with our conveyancing when we moved from London to Oxford. She is pragmatic, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with, which was a great relief during a process that was quite stressful and not made any easier by our buyers' rather combative lawyer. She also has detailed knowledge of the unusual features of buying/selling flats at Ruskin Park House.

MJ helped on two related transactions - the surrender and re-grant of new leases in a small block, and the sale of one of the leases once renewed. The surrender/regrant was complicated by the sale of one of the leases while the process was underway, and involved three other parties (one of whom was separately represented) and their lenders' solicitors. There were many challenges relating to timing and the varying degrees of responsiveness on the part of other parties. Despite these frustrations, MJ never failed to impress with her personable manner, her ability to manage the many moving parts involved, taking the initiative to chase up other parties and keep me informed of progress. As a retired solicitor myself, I recognised the quality of service she provided and would happily recommend her.
