We recently completed and moved into our first home. We had been advised when choosing a solicitor to ask around in order to try and find a good reliable solicitor. One friend recommended Meaby and Co and we are so happy we went with them. Rachael was absolutely fantastic. As first time buyers we were anxious and unfamiliar with the process. Rachael guided us through every step and was very reassuring and patient. She answered all of our questions and was extremely responsive and prompt with her replies. She was very organised, kept us informed all the way and her friendly demeanour made the experience stress-free. Even when she was off one day her colleague promptly replied to a non urgent query which shows the level of care and attention received from the whole team. Andy did the conveyancing for my house purchase. I am a first time buyer so there were a lot of question marks around the process and timings which Andy did a brilliant job at keeping me updated on. There were also a few snags along the way which Andy always took the time to explain in plain language to me which I really appreciated as house buying can be quite complex.
