We used Mullis & Peake when buying our business over 10 years ago and were happy with the service they provided. So when we decided to sell the business it was the obvious choice . They dealt the sale professionally even through some quite difficult times .They were always on hand and handled any questions promptly .Would highly recommend them .

Absolutely appalling treatment and behaviour. Disagreed with Callie agreeing with the other side to re-wrote a Scott schedule after everything had been filed, both sides emailing each other back and forward agreeing to this without agreeing it with me. When I refused this, she told me it was procedural and it has nothing to do with me. In fact agreement to this has to be signed off by me. When I opposed it, this was on a Friday late afternoon with my hearing on Monday morning - she did-instructed herself. Petulant, absurd and embarrassing
Thank you for your feedback. Callie is correct that as solicitors our first priority is to the court and to ensure that procedures are followed; even if clients disagree – court orders must be followed. Also, Callie left the firm in May so unsure why you are raising this now.
Esra is an exceptional solicitor — highly professional, approachable, and always easy to contact. Throughout my divorce proceedings, she was incredibly understanding and compassionate. I had very little knowledge of the divorce process, and Esra guided me through each stage with clarity and patience. I found the service to be fine, especially when I insisted on meeting. At my age one has been used to dealing with a person, not just doing everything on line. Receiving paperwork, might be old fashioned, but is really appreciated by this customer. Do ask new customers, what they prefer, I will use this company again, as long as they continue to have this type of flexibility.
