Met Kris a few years back when he managed to get me off with a no insurance. I got myself in trouble again and asked him again to represent me unfortunately this time I didn't get away with it which again was my own fault but I felt Kris did everything in his power to try get me out of it but at the end of the day the evidence was there but I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends if they every need help

I had blew 130 on the breathalyser which meant I had crossed the threshold for custody and was looking at a potential 12 weeks in jail and anything between a 24-36 month ban. Kris was able to get this to a 12 month ban(9 with the rehabilitation course) and an £800 fine. An outcome I didn’t think possible. He made the court process almost stress free and his mitigation to the sheriff on my behalf was excellent. Money well spent.

Was initially hesitant about getting legal aid with the factors involved such as the fees but it was worth every penny and I wouldn’t choose any other law firm. Kris from Scullion law worked through my case completely flawlessly and didn’t need to get in touch with me constantly to do so. All the staff were courteous and Kris explained the circumstances of my case even before I had paid any money and reassured me throughout the whole process. Thanks to Scullion Law I’ve been able to keep my license and saved so much more money than what I have spent in legal fees. If anyone is in doubt I would recommend to trust in Scullion Law because it’s very reassuring knowing that you won’t be alone when in the courtroom.
