We used Thursfields to sell my Mums flat in Worcester. I had already had a great experience of their services in purchasing a house through the Kidderminster branch so it seemed obvious to use the office again in Worcester. Again the communication and attention to detail was first class prompting a quick sale. All queries and issues were dealt with professionally, effectively and efficiently and would therefore use Thursfields again and happily recommend them.

After a slow start to get things moving during the Christmas period, Jemma and her team worked to get our mortgage and transfer of deed completed before the offer expired, it wasn't a straight forward process, but it was all resolved in a timely manner. The only thing I would change in the process would have been an extra couple of updates along the way, my personal preference. Overall a great service and lovely team to deal with.

Issues raised with clear guidance on proposed resolutions. I would not hesitate in recommending IBB to others looking for legal support with conveyancing.
