When you live on the other side of the world and you are informed that a relative has passed but cannot travel due to covid to attend to legal matters and a funeral. I contacted Lodders Solicitors at Henley in Arden offices and came into contact with a fabulous solicitor namely Gill Coombs, who along with her professional team worked miracles for the remaining members of this family. Gill organised and dealt with every situation with the utmost professionalism on our behalf, nothing was too much trouble for her and the help and guidance she provided was outstanding. Michelle has really helped me and my family through the probate process for my late dad. She also sign-posted us to the other experts when needed, such as with some specific tax advice over donations made in my father's last seven years. She drove the probate forward and made sure that we reached the deadline for submission! She also gave advice on family situations that have arisen as a result of my father's death.
