That Kim always answers the phone.

Made to feel unwelcome and holding things up unnecessarily
This review is for a different branch.
Caused me and my family unneeded stress. On one occasion I called in person to the Stratford branch, The receptionist acted like I was putting her out and I was made to feel very unwelcome. My solicitor couldn't see me as she was "busy" apparently. No wonder solicitors have an appalling reputation.

Slow & you need to chase them to get anywhere.
This review is for a different branch.
No communication at all, and need to be chased all the time. I have no trust in them, for several reasons including emailing letters summing up case details typed out and worded by the solicitors instead of providing original emails/ correspondence from 3rd party's. I'm the client, so I should be Cc'd into emails, etc and be kept in the loop then I received an email from another solicitor "Peter" someone or other who said that they wasn't willing to engage with me in that manner.

Had a tax issue, so went to this solicitors. They were not transparent and held details from me because it would benefit themselves and the tax man. Wouldn't use them again as were clearly not on my side.

When you live on the other side of the world and you are informed that a relative has passed but cannot travel due to covid to attend to legal matters and a funeral. I contacted Lodders Solicitors at Henley in Arden offices and came into contact with a fabulous solicitor namely Gill Coombs, who along with her professional team worked miracles for the remaining members of this family. Gill organised and dealt with every situation with the utmost professionalism on our behalf, nothing was too much trouble for her and the help and guidance she provided was outstanding. I highly recommend Gill Coombs as legal representation.

Happy to recommend the services of Gill Coombs of Lodders for Will, LPA and probate matters. The service provided to my mother and I was excellent. Everything was explained clearly, questions answered and paperwork prepared timely and as requested. I had now used this Company on two occassions for various personal affairs and have been most impressed with the service given. Communication is excellent and quick. The staff are knowledable and very professional and provide good advice combined with good service. Lodders will certainly remain my Solicitor for any future business. Cannot recommend enough.
