I cannot recommend Mashura Siddika highly enough. Having used RFB for more than ten years and worked with several solicitors at the firm, I can honestly say that the service I received from Mashura was exceptional. Throughout the sale of my property, she was consistently professional, patient and highly responsive. After two previous sales had fallen through, the process was understandably stressful, but Mashura remained positive and encouraging and helped me maintain hope that we would finally reach completion. She always replied promptly to my questions and kept me informed at every stage. When the sellers’ solicitors were slow to respond, she was appropriately firm and persistent while remaining professional and respectful. I always felt that she was protecting my interests and doing everything possible to move matters forward. Mark Toland and Suzanne Nasery were both Outstanding. Re-mortgaging two Commercial HMO properties with Castle Trust but able to turn it around from instruction to completion in only 2 weeks was Unbelievable. Direct and fluid conversation and communication puts Mark and Suzanne above the rest. Our experience was fantastic and will spur us on to re-invest and re-mortgage further. If your are re-mortgaging HMO and Commercial and drawing down on equity Mark and Suzanne will deliver where we have had numerous experiences in the past where panel Solicitors are woeful and will not get into dialogue and just keyboard warriors which in Business really does not assure you as an Investor and then feel just a number. RFB and Mark and Suzanne smashed it where other fail.

Working with Ronald Fletcher Baker, and particularly Esin Taze, as a first-time homebuyer was fantastic. I found them to be thorough, efficient, clear and responsive from start to finish - despite having to deal with some of my offers falling through for various reasons. I couldn't recommend Esin / this firm enough for anyone wanting help on their home buying project.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from RFB Legal Solicitors. In particular, my case was handled by Mrs Yasam Assad, whose approach I found to be rude and unprofessional. I also felt that my relatively straightforward case was not managed competently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
