I cannot recommend Sonia Racker highly enough. Having gone through what was an incredibly emotional and challenging family court process, having Sonia by my side made such a huge difference. Throughout the entire proceedings, Sonia was exceptionally helpful, professional and knowledgeable. UPDATE AND REPLY TO THE RESPONSE BELOW: you have failed to reply to me privately nevermind publicly, I have asked for a copy of the email that was sent to return my passport where you admit to forgetting to send it in April, the high court have told me the exact discussion with Jaya dhaliwal admitting fault, but Jaya dhaliwal and your firm have failed since the 27th of July 2026 to send me a copy of this email or how the mistake happened, nevermind to rectify the cost it implicated for me and the stress. Even after reading this review and responding publicly, you have chosen to still ignore my request privately. I have emailed three times, and rang twice, wrote a public review and contacted the CEO on linked in. Further to this I will be contacting local press as I have all the evidence and took videos during the ordeal. I would like a copy of the email that was sent requesting my passport to be returned dated 27th of July 2026 by Monday end of the working day. I had an awful experience, the solicitor at this court wrongfully claimed I had a formal warning from police which never happened and she then emailed me 2 years later admitting she made a mistake. She also wrongfully has my passport seized at Gatwick airport, because she "forgot" to send an order which meant I am thousands of pounds out of pocket and was stranded until I managed to get it back. When I've made attempts to contact the firm about this, I am repeatedly ignored. Which has led me to have to write a public review and to contact the SRA.

We used Cartwright King (a recommendation from the immigration advisers at Sheffield Hallam University) to apply for indefinite leave to remain for a family member. We were allocated Sherena who was very professional throughout, explaining the process clearly and informing us what documents we needed. (There are a lot!) Our application was successful and we were delighted with Sherena’s customer service and knowledge of the process. Everything was done remotely via video calls, email and phone so wherever you are in the UK I highly recommend using Cartwright King for your immigration needs. Thank you.
