I honestly cannot thank Lisa enough for all of her help and support throughout my road traffic accident claim. From the very beginning, Lisa has been incredibly responsive, approachable and professional. Over the many months she has dealt with my claim, there has never been a time where I have struggled to get through to her or been left waiting for answers. Whenever I have had any questions or concerns, she has always been easy to contact and has taken the time to respond and reassure me. I am dyslexic and dyspraxic, which can sometimes make understanding legal information and processes quite overwhelming. Lisa has gone above and beyond to make sure I have fully understood everything. I contacted Forbes solicitors after my sun recieved a burn to his chest while at nursery, due to my son's SEND needs i didn't remove him from the nursery as he only had a year left before starting school , Lisa talked me through the process of claiming compensation for him which he could then access once he's 18 years old. Throughout this process Lisa has kept me up to date with everything that has been going on and remained professional and understanding throughout, she even managed to claim more than we expected to receive in relation to my son's compensation which was a credit to her hard work and dedication. Leonie Millard is an outstanding solicitor who has dedicated her career to helping clients who gives her clients a voice when they might not have one themselves due to their disability. She is very responsive in responding to queries about my relatives case and replies to e-mails and phone-calls very quickly which is an excellent trait in a solicitor. She was very compassionate, caring, and committed to the outcome of my relatives case which was a very good outcome and secured justice for her. Leonie's service over the past four years has been absolutely perfect and she is supported by an excellent team of Carole Purdie (her secretary) who is on the ball and does her best to support client queries too.
