I used Michala for my remortgage, which I thought would be a straightforward process. Michala quickly picked up on an error with my previous mortgage that had been made by a different solicitors, four years ago. Michala then helped me to get this resolved and went above and beyond to make sure this was sorted as quickly as it could be.
