Exceptional Support Through a Difficult Time
Philip has been a constant source of calm and reassurance throughout my divorce. From the very beginning, I felt completely supported — not just legally, but emotionally too. Every meeting left me feeling more grounded and safe, and I often joked that they felt more like therapy sessions than legal ones! He explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and always made me feel like I was in capable hands. I honestly don’t know how I would have coped with anyone else guiding me through this process. A friend of mine had the pleasure of dealing with Philip Rea in what was such a stressful and sad situation. Philip was knowledgable, empathetic, reassuring and even if in court we found he was very prompt responding to emails. He sorted everything for my friend and was so supportive and responsive throughout even when emails got a bit anxious and wordy! I don’t think anyone would want to go out of their way to need a solicitor to resolve a difficult situation, but if it does arise where one is needed, I’d have no doubt to use this firm and to specifically beg for Philip!

Contacted Knights today regarding Wills and Estate and was told somebody would call me back and they didn’t. Also spoke with Devika about acting on our behalf regarding property. Gave her addresses of both properties amongst other details so would have hoped to have received quote today. This didn’t happen, I got one email asking for address of property to buy even though this was given and then another email later in the day asking for address of property we have to sell. I am dumbfounded at how poor the service is so far so after looking at reviews below, safe to say we will not be proceeding with Knights if service is so bad before we’ve even started. This is what happens when private equity companies buy up businesses and start stripping it of anything that is quality and it’s all about profits. Poor service and calibre of staff.

My mother recently passed away and IBB (now Knights) were holding her papers, I started the request a month ago and I am still waiting for them to locate the papers. I keep being told “we cannot locate the papers currently as the archives have moved and nobody knows the new system”, blah blah, I am starting to think “can’t locate” equates to LOST! Shocking…
