We are very pleased with the excellent service we received from Lisa McKellar and her team. She updated my Disabled Husband’s Will. As he couldn’t get into the office we had a Zoom meeting to start with. After that we communicated by email. When it was time to sign the Will we arranged a home visit. We are very pleased with their service.

Our main contact, Sarah Dark, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Our sale and purchase was a little more complicated and out of the ordinary than a typical move, but Sarah handled everything with professionalism, thoroughness and diligence. She was incredibly attentive, very quick to respond to emails, always kept us informed and was more than happy to take calls whenever we needed to talk something through. When Sarah was away, Louise and another Sarah stepped in and were equally fantastic. They kept us updated, chased matters when the chain became slow and helped keep everything moving when there were additional delays caused by the buyer’s solicitors. Moving home is stressful enough without complications and delays, but the team at Parker Bullen did everything they could to keep us at ease and informed throughout the process. I thought that using a solicitor to arrange Wills and POAs for me and my husband was sensible. However, we have experienced inaccuracies both in the Will writing and the Power of Attorneys leading to delay and inconvenience for both our families.
