Rachel Hyndman is an excellent lawyer who has recently written Wills for me and my wife. She clearly understands the area of Wills and trusts extremely well and found solutions to some of our more complex issues. But above all she is a delight to work with, down to earth, explaining everything carefully and in plain English.

Overall, very pleased with the way our wills and power of attorney were processed. Although this has taken 8 months I don't feel this was due in any way to the way it was managed by Ottaways, rather it was the 'system'. Not cheap by any means but we do feel that the service was professional and confident of the quality of the outcomes. Everything was explained in a comprehensive yet understandable manner.

My husband and I had new wills written, our situation is more complicated than some due to having international assets. The advice we received was timely, and accurate. The lawyer was clear that he did not have international expertise and worked clearly and effectively within his areas of proficiency.

Lack of professionalism, they just after your money
I was a client to Michael Karrigan an employment solicitor at this firm, be very very careful about them as they plot against you to take as much money as they can take from you , a lot of trick a lot of hidden charges and if you question them or refuse to pay what you don’t owe them they send bailiffs at your door , I would avoid this company at any price . Stay away there is lack of client care , morality , integrity, extremely bad
