I cannot thank Mischa enough for all her help and support dealing with a distressing Will dispute in 2024. Not only was Mischa professional and approachable with great legal knowledge, she was friendly and easy to understand. I needed advice on a contentious probate matter and Adrian took the time to listen to me and then offer his valuable advice without charge. I felt reassured after I raised some concerns around potential foul play. He confirmed that the action I had taken so far was the right thing to do and gave a few pointers on other areas to explore. Requested a rough estimate of costs for a very simple task, refused point blank. Would only advise of cost at a £300 fixed fee first meeting! Legal robbery

As you were advised during the call all our new matters require an initial fixed fee meeting so our solicitors can fully understand your case and requirements. From there, they can advise you of the next steps and any subsequent fees, in the most cost-effective and time-efficient way. We cannot undertake any tasks on a case already in progress, regardless of how simple they may appear to be, without an initial meeting. This is not just so that we fully understand your case but also for compliance reasons, we always meet new clients before accepting formal instructions. We regularly compare our fees with similar firms and are confident that we are competitive and offer excellent value, reflecting the quality service we provide. Our staff also pride themselves on treating all our callers with respect and courtesy and are grateful when this is reciprocated. Please let us know if you wish to discuss this further. This was a complex and protracted case of a delayed financial remedy application several years after divorce and previous settlement. Natasha supported me all the way with her extensive knowledge of family law and took advice from senior counsel when needed. She was always prompt in responding to any issues and comprehensive in her preparation of documents for court. She maintained a calm, non-confrontational approach when dealing with the other side to help resolve the matter which settled without the need for a final hearing. We were very impressed with the service we received during the sale process. They were very thorough and on top of everything. Was a bit disappointed to receive only an email telling us that the sale had gone through, rather than a telephone call. It was our buyer who informed us it had completed.
