We had a very good experience with Whitehead Monckton having them for our cnveyancing work. Our main solicitor Liz was very thorough and efficient as was Cerys, who was the legal secretary training under her. They were both very polite and efficient during a stressful time, on occasion, throughout the process, and were compassionate and helpful !with any queries. Would definitely recommend them. 10/10

Just completed our Wills with the lovely Cliona at Whitehead Monckton. It’s something we put off for a long time because we thought it was going to be complicated. How wrong we were. We were taken through the process sensitively, efficiently and with a touch of humour. We should have done it years ago…what a load off our minds.

We couldn't ask for a better solicitor to help us purchase our first property. Chantal was proactive and engaged at every stage, making the process easy and stress free. The completion took place quickly and we received our keys right on schedule. WM have good financial crime controls - an intercepted deposit was on our worry list but we needn't have been concerned. I highly recommend WM and Chantal to anyone looking to purchase their residential property.

After saying for years that I would never move, I found myself in a situation where I had to move. I had lived in my house for nearly 40 years so it was a wrench. Chantal was very kind and guided me through everything that had to be done. She was very efficient, very prompt in all dealings with her, it was amazing to be able to get through to a real live person without having to press many buttons, a direct line to your solicitor is amazing. I would like to thank her, and all at Whitehead Monckton, for making what could have been a very traumatic experience much easier.

We have been using Whitehead Monckton, specifically working with Marsha, for almost 15 years covering 6 separate transactions. Marsha is detail oriented, pragmatic and easy to deal with. She takes care of all aspects of the deal, highlighting issues early, providing clear solutions when required, whilst quietly ensuring each transaction reaches a satisfactory conclusion. House moves are rarely straightforward and the last this you need is to worry about whether your solicitor is on top of the detail. With Marsha and the team at WM we have the peace of mind that no issue will derail the process, and I will be using her again on my next house purchase - we also recommended them to our neighbours!
