Having regular contact with your children is definitely something worth fighting for. Melissa assisted me with professionalism and patience. The result? Christmas 2021 was the best one I had over the last several years as I was finally able to take my children with me. We couldn't ask for a better solicitor to help us purchase our first property. Chantal was proactive and engaged at every stage, making the process easy and stress free. The completion took place quickly and we received our keys right on schedule. WM have good financial crime controls - an intercepted deposit was on our worry list but we needn't have been concerned. After saying for years that I would never move, I found myself in a situation where I had to move. I had lived in my house for nearly 40 years so it was a wrench. Chantal was very kind and guided me through everything that had to be done. She was very efficient, very prompt in all dealings with her, it was amazing to be able to get through to a real live person without having to press many buttons, a direct line to your solicitor is amazing.
