    Fantastic Conveyancing Solicitor

    We couldn't ask for a better solicitor to help us purchase our first property. Chantal was proactive and engaged at every stage, making the process easy and stress free. The completion took place quickly and we received our keys right on schedule. WM have good financial crime controls - an intercepted deposit was on our worry list but we needn't have been concerned. I highly recommend WM and Chantal to anyone looking to purchase their residential property.

    I would highly recommend using this company for conveyancing. We had been given bad and incorrect advice by another conveyancing solicitors company, and had to change to use WHM as we were concerned we might lose our buyer. Denise speedily picked up the mess we were left with and quickly turned it round seamlessly to ensure the process continued with barely any notice to our buyer.

      After saying for years that I would never move, I found myself in a situation where I had to move. I had lived in my house for nearly 40 years so it was a wrench. Chantal was very kind and guided me through everything that had to be done.
