No middle option with this review and only based on 2025's experience. I've been with Copley Clark (and Bennett) for many years and there has never been a problem. 2025 saw some health problems; hence I couldn't get to the office to change my Will. Victoria came out, and I stressed that I wished this to be completed by a certain date in October. Another appointment was made and suddenly at the last minute Victoria was unable to come out - coincidentally it was half term!! No one else was offered, therefore I had to wait, which I wasn't happy about. I must add, Victoria is a very disorganised person where her paperwork is concerned. I'd like to change my Will again and due to health issues I'm unable to attend the office. I am now left wondering: should I look elsewhere or still stay with the same company and ask to see someone else?

I have used Copley Clark for my will and for downsizing to a leasehold retirement flat. My solicitor Gwen Yangtin Li was very knowledgable about the issues around leasehold flats and retirement complexes. We had difficulty with the freehold solicitors and the Sellers conveyancer. They seemed much less knowledgeable. I consulted Jon Andrew about ownership of the retirement Flat as my wife is in a care home. I would also like to express thanks to Patumi Gholam for her help

Jon oversaw the revision of our Wills that had previously been drawn-up by Copley Clark some 10 years previously. Initially, he arranged for a 'fact-finding' telephone call from which he was able to provide us with a detailed quotation which we both found acceptable. This was followed by a 'one to one' meeting in his his offices which I remember being more detailed than the original one we undertook and which unsurprisingly, also took longer. The draft Wills were completed in approximately 4 weeks and approved. A further meeting was then arranged in Jon's office's where the documents were duly signed and witnessed. Both my wife and I found the whole experience to be professional and efficient. I am pleased to confirm that neither my wife or I would hesitate in recommending Jon and his team.

Would thoroughly recommend Parfitt Cresswell solicitors, particularly Zoe Neale who dealt with the complexities and sensitivities of my Will with great skill and attention to detail. No reservations at all.

I contacted Parfitt Cresswell Solicitors when my daughter passed away in 2023. I did not know anything. It was not easy Mahreen Paswal and her team took over the case and things started getting sorted out.and by March 2026 the case was over.
