Excellent service from solicitor Bethan Rosson

I found Cartwright King Solicitors on google after finding myself in a difficult employment issue. I approached Cartwright King Solicitors for advice and support as this employment issue was causing a lot of stress and anxiety, which I was determined to reach a closure. The solicitor assigned to my case was Bethan Rosson. Bethan was fantastic on top of things from day one, very organised and in the end negotiated a settlement for me that would have been impossible to do alone. I am grateful to Bethan’s kind, patient and reassuring approach through a stressful period. I would highly recommend Bethan and could not ask for a better legal representative.

Settlement agreement advice

I received good, professional and well thought through advice on a settlement agreement on behalf of someone who had mental health issues and was about to leave his employment. From the initial enquiry through to a successful outcome the service was exceptional in my opinion. Specifically she didn’t rush the process and checked with colleagues to ensure the right advice was given in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the outcome today.

I recently contacted several solicitors to help me with my legal assistance as I unfortunately made redundant. Very unhappy. Wasted time I didont have and unprofessional. Contacted in regards to employee contracts to which I was then allocated to Rizwan. Had a meeting and explained what I wanted and initially it went well with him understanding our needs. After that never heard from him again. Numerous calls to his office were made and voicemails were left to him and the reception although no call back at all. It has now been 4 weeks since our meeting and I am still waiting for him to commence the paperwork.

With Judy Johnson’s help, we achieved an outcome that had seemed almost impossible. Judy was highly recommended to us as a children’s lawyer. She supported us in caring for a deeply troubled teenager. When we found ourselves in conflict with a local authority and social workers whom we believed had failed both the young person and us. Those concerns ultimately came before the family courts. In our experience, good hearted carers of foster placements, special guardian arrangements, and similar settings can be unfairly discredited when local authorities seek to avoid responsibility and shift blame. Judy Johnson is an outstanding lawyer who stood by us throughout six gruelling months in which we felt relentlessly vilified. We trusted her judgment at every stage, even as two elderly people facing circumstances we could scarcely have imagined. Judy guided us through every accusation and challenge, including what we regarded as malicious falsehoods intended to damage our reputation. We thought we had already experienced everything life could throw at us, but we were wrong. With Judy’s support, we withstood the local authorities attempt to avoid responsibility for what we believe was gross neglect. We wish more lawyers like Judy were available to help grandparents like us, who feel failed by the judicial system and confronted by local authorities whose conduct, in our experience, knows no bounds. In our experience, departments close ranks—-from social workers—-school staff—while serious complaints about dishonesty and misconduct go unaddressed. Judy Johnson, we can never thank you enough for helping us escape the appalling abuse we endured and for securing yesterday’s decisive victory.
