I have worked on a claim with Lisa Atkinson for the last 2 and a half years. It was a long and drawn out process due to the company we were claiming from denying all liability. Throughout the whole process she has been informative, professional and kind. She has always explained each stage and why we had to do it. We eventually settled out of court, just prior to the court case. She has always been completely open with fees and has never complained at the ridiculous amount of questions that I asked on a monthly basis! My company had some problems getting paid off of a client for some subcontracting works done at Christmas time. I spoke with Michael Swan at Forbes on the phone and after a small fee he had written up the legal document to ensure the client paid within a set time frame… the letter never even made the mail box. 4 and a half hours later they had settled the invoice in full on the same day after nearly 4 months of myself requesting payment. 100% recommend if you are having problems with payments then Michael is the man to speak too. What an amazing results after being owed thousands for nearly 4 months.
