Excellent service!
This was my very first time having to be involved with solicitors and I’m so pleased that I used Watson Ramsbottom. Nothing was too much from start to finish, I was always kept up to date with things about my case and they were always there to answer any questions that I had. My case was complex and prior to being recommended to Watson & Ramsbottom, I was a client of a different firm of which had failed me as a client in many ways. When I approached Watson & Ramsbottom, they were professional, honest and gave me clear information. Sumayya Patel worked hard on my behalf, there was always someone I could speak to if she was unavailable and the time she put into this case was invaluable. I got the best possible outcome that could have wished for which would not have happened with the previous firm. As a result of how satisfied I have been with Watson & Ramsbottom, I am remaining with them for another case that is ongoing.

Poor Communication & Poor Quality Checks
Recommended by Anwyl Homes…received documentation & contracts with errors., had not been quality checked for mistakes by solicitor, bad practice towards communication, fail to respond to emails or explain details…threatened to charge for phone contact! not in our best interest, but rather the New Build Developer’s…compared to other conveyancers hired by myself, Watson Ramsbottom offered little support…will never use again!

Thankfully we found Carrie Hyde when we needed her most! Carrie was able to help and advise us during an exceptionally stressful time, cumulating in us taking action in the family courts and getting the protection we needed going forwards. Carrie was professional, respectful and sympathetic. Carrie understood our case and worked really hard to get the best outcome for us.
