Wanted to say a massive Thankyou to the best solicitor Samanth Marandi.
She was amazing start to finish , this was a very hard purchase due to this being an auction property! so needed a very fast turn around.
After Samantha taking this on from another solicitor with no searches done and she turned this round in 5 days! Yes that’s 5 days.
Samantha kept me updated every day!

I am writing this review,to inform people how good a solicitor nikita manyani has been,she had worked for me selling my house and helping me purchase my bungalow,it took some time purchasing the bungalow because it was in probate,nikita was so understanding and very proficient,she was always there to communicate with,if I had ever left an e mail or a phone call and she was not available I found she always return my calls promptly,I found her to be an excellent solicitor which gave me great confidence in selling my house and purchasing my bungalow,I found her to be very knowledgeable and also very patient,I would recommend her services to anybody who needed a reliable,patient,knowledgeable and friendly solicitor,it was a pleasure to have her working for me.

it took them far too long to finish, no professionalism, never answer or return phone calls, lake of transparency, increased the fees, hold my money against my wish for 2 days, was not good value for money.

A careful hand through a stressful time

My partner and I recently purchased our first home and we were assisted by Louise Palmer.

Louise was always on hand to answer the (admittedly numerous) queries we had, and helped us when the purchase became very difficult. She was very good at managing our expectations, and sharing in our joy when we finally completed.

I would recommend using HCB Solicitors, and would highly recommend Louise.
