Excellent service

I got in contact with Rebecca regarding my late mother and father estate. The estate was left in a discretionary trust and we had family members disputing it as they got both off my parents wills online so the solicitors emails starting coming from them .After contacting Rebecca and having a meeting she explained everything to us about the trust and the way forward. After one email to my family members solicitor which Rebecca had worded perfectly we have not had any more emails. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone without hesitation and if we need help in the future regarding this matter we will definitely be in contact with her.

John Lambe acted for me in resolving a dispute with my late Father's estate. He took the time to understand the circumstances under which my Father signed the Will. At all times he was friendly, supportive and pragmatic. He has a vast knowledge of contentious probate, access to an exceptional Barrister, and together they were able to help me understand the complexities of the laws relating to my case. Navigating through such a difficult time was made much easier by having John in my corner. Dental Negligence Claim

I cannot thank John Bennett enough for all his help and support throughout my dental negligence claim. From the outset, John was extremely professional, approachable and reassuring. Everything was explained to me clearly and in a way that I could understand, which made what could have been a very daunting and complicated process much easier to deal with. I was kept extremely well informed throughout and always felt that I could ask questions and would receive a clear and helpful response. Most importantly, I always felt that I was in safe hands. I knew that John had my best interests at heart and I had complete confidence in his advice and guidance throughout the process. After I had seen the dental expert, John put forward a claim for £20,000, which was accepted. I was so happy when the settlement was agreed, particularly after everything I had been through. The outcome means a great deal to me and will make a real difference in helping me deal with the consequences of what happened. I am incredibly grateful to John for his professionalism, knowledge, patience and support throughout my claim. He made a difficult experience much more manageable and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone who needs help with a dental negligence claim. Thank you, John, for everything you have done for me.

From the day we engaged with the conveyancing team at Forbes we knew we were in safe hands. Reception staff were always so helpful and extremely cheerful which was a bonus when things got a little stressful! The conveyancing team were almost always contactable (time of year holidays left some short staffing) but we accepted that and a quick email to all the team soon resulted in a response. We are most grateful for the team’s professionalism and pragmatic approach in particular regarding the sale of our property which at times was hindered by agencies outside of our control. Jennifer dealt with this amazingly and reassured us regularly. Contracts and completion were achieved without issue and our requests for dates were fulfilled. Our only suggestion for full client satisfaction would be timely updates on the Forbes app it looked like a great system which keeps buyers and sellers updated and the progress bar is a reassuring sign that things are moving forward (this was a little slow to be updated and near completion was not updated at all ). We highly recommend Forbes Solicitors - thank you

Simply exemplary I recently engaged Forbes Solicitors Manchester and I was represented by a Miss Niamh Monaghan. With legal matters, inevitably come endless questions and/or concerns. My questions were met directly and accompanied by welcome advice and information and my concerns were swiftly put rest. I found Miss Monaghan to be meticulous in her work, professional, competent and diligent yet being understanding ,patient and empathetic whilst remaining most personable and affable.
