Our experience of using Maples Solicitors was very positive. From our first meeting with Jamie, who guided us through the initial stages, explaining very clearly process, what was required from us and an appropriate timescale. Things did hit an obstacle but that was the fault of the people buying my late mothers property but this was dealt with patiently and sensitively by Maples. Towards the end of the proceedings we were also consulted as to what was happening and final accounts were dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily.

Abby dealt with a personal matter on my behalf over the last 12 months. Her communication is excellent, she was at the end of the phone anytime I needed her, even calling me out of hours on a Friday evening. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would not hesitate to go back to her for any legal matters in the future.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I contacted the firm and was told I would receive a callback, which never happened. When I followed up politely, I was met with a rude and dismissive tone from Louise Dennis. Rather than addressing the issue or offering any sort of constructive support, I was told to “feel free to instruct other solicitors” — not exactly the level of service or respect you’d expect from a legal professional. If this is how they handle simple communication, I would be very concerned about how they manage actual legal matters. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We have been waiting for 18 months for a transfer of land, a simple procedure, no searches, just a transfer. On multiple occasions we have been told we haven't handed paperwork to them, to be then advised "awh, we've found it". This is terrible service, terrible communication, terrible administration. Do not use this company!!!
