Excellent Solicitors. Friendly, professional, proactive service with timely results & reasonable prices. Quoted me approximately £3000 to administer my wife's estate, there being no enforceable will & to transfer property into my name which necessitated a full conveyance & mortgage arrangement. The final invoice was nearer £2000 ! Happy Days !!!😁

I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone at Maples Solicitors for the outstanding service I received during the sale of my property. A special thank you goes to Donna Sandison and Louise Dennis, whose professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail made the conveyancing process completely stress-free. They kept me informed throughout, responded promptly to any queries and ensured everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Their knowledge, excellent communication and friendly approach gave me complete confidence from start to finish. It was reassuring to know that every aspect of the transaction was being handled so thoroughly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Maples Solicitors to anyone requiring conveyancing services. Donna and Louise are a credit to the firm, and I am extremely grateful for all their hard work.
Abby dealt with a personal matter on my behalf over the last 12 months. Her communication is excellent, she was at the end of the phone anytime I needed her, even calling me out of hours on a Friday evening. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would not hesitate to go back to her for any legal matters in the future.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I contacted the firm and was told I would receive a callback, which never happened. When I followed up politely, I was met with a rude and dismissive tone from Louise Dennis. Rather than addressing the issue or offering any sort of constructive support, I was told to “feel free to instruct other solicitors” — not exactly the level of service or respect you’d expect from a legal professional. If this is how they handle simple communication, I would be very concerned about how they manage actual legal matters. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We have been waiting for 18 months for a transfer of land, a simple procedure, no searches, just a transfer. On multiple occasions we have been told we haven't handed paperwork to them, to be then advised "awh, we've found it". This is terrible service, terrible communication, terrible administration. Do not use this company!!!
