Ten years later she advised us in matters relating to trusts and powers of Attorney, and most recently for the updating of our Lasting Powers of Attorney.     Efficient and professional

    This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.

    Poor conveyancing experience

    Used T&E 3 times. First 2 times were great. Final time was a disaster, all down to previous soliciter not being available and getting someone else. Stacey Crane avoided answering questions, was uncommunicative and hard to get hold; she didn't appear to be making sure the other side did everything they were supposed to do. The entire transaction was a nightmare.

    My wife and I are in our 90s and needed to make final wills and appoint Powers of Attorney - quite overwhelming tasks at our age involving several visits to our home and much paperwork. This was done by Amy in a friendly but professional way and after many months waiting for the Office of the Public Guardian to approve and register the documents all is now in place.
