I was lucky enough to have William Cook as my solicitor on a really traumatic and tough case. William has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. He has been kind, empathetic and understanding. I've had various experiences with solicitors over the years and I've never dealt with anyone as lovely and professional as William. He would reply to every email within hours, always answered his phone or called me back and I always felt like he really cared about me and my situation. He made me feel like I was very important and I also know how much he wanted to get this resolved for me. I can't thank him enough for how he handled this case. I've been going through a lot of mental and physical health struggles throughout this time, which I shared very openly, and I can't imagine that was very easy to deal with. Really happy and pleased to use Mullis & Peake LLP again for the arrangement of my Will/LPA following using them the previous year to obtain deeds of Probate for my late Mother's Estate. Trudi Bates could not have been more understanding and helpful, not only in arranging/setting up the Will and LPA's but also in her advice of my future ongoing Health, property and Financial affairs.
