Absolutely appalling treatment and behaviour. Disagreed with Callie agreeing with the other side to re-wrote a Scott schedule after everything had been filed, both sides emailing each other back and forward agreeing to this without agreeing it with me. When I refused this, she told me it was procedural and it has nothing to do with me. In fact agreement to this has to be signed off by me. When I opposed it, this was on a Friday late afternoon with my hearing on Monday morning - she did-instructed herself. Petulant, absurd and embarrassing

Procedures were fine except that, in common with all legal firms, there is an assumption that all clients, irrespective of their age and experience can use electronic equipment. I can do not have a printer, nor am i familiar with how to sign emailed documents. In common with all legal firms and public bodies, documents are sent in a very small font, usually occupying only the left side of the screen on a smartphone. It is eye-straining enough reading phone screens without this further impediment. Expanding the screen means that you only get half a line visible at a time.
