    Nathan Bunch took on our case when no others would we were never interested in the money and wanted to get the doctors name in the news so others were aware of him in the hope eventually he'll be stripped of his pin number Nathan, Deborah and the team did this for us, and there was some money at the end of it too, it won't bring our son back to life but it will help his brother have a helping hand so that in some way he's still looking out for his younger brother even though he's not around

    My experience in the beginning was amazing. The last 3 months I haven't received any reply to many emails. Considering this is a large medical negligence claim for cancer I would have expected a response. I do understand that they are going through the discovery phase and trying to update them on some extremely important information has been stressful.

    I recently have been dealing with a medical negligence case with Nicole. I wanted to take a moment to thank her for all of her help and support throughout this process. Whilst naturally I’m disappointed that the expert evidence did not support a successful claim, I genuinely feel satisfied that every avenue was properly explored and that no stone was left unturned. For me, that has been incredibly important. One of the hardest parts after losing my partner was not fully understanding what had happened or whether more could have been done. Although there has ultimately been no case to pursue, the investigation and expert review process have given me clarity and reassurance that the circumstances were thoroughly examined by the appropriate specialists. That has allowed me to finally begin moving forward with my life without carrying ongoing doubts or unanswered questions. I also wanted to personally thank Nicole for the way she handled everything throughout.
