    I was greatly impressed with the professionalism and the close attention to detail that was given to the work.     Disgraceful behaviour by this firm - No communication, lack of empathy, the reason conveyancing transactions drag on and on and on. All parties communicating effectively in a chain of 5 transactions but this firm has put the complete chain at risk of collapse purely through lack of communication for weeks
