I had a really good experience with Kirwans, Deborah and Tanya were both very helpful throughout, helped me through a transfer of equity and purchase of a new property. They were very good with their communication and always did what they could to speed up the process where possible. They have an app that is quite useful to keep track of the progress. Prices were very reasonable and would happily use their services again.

This was our first time buying a house and it's been almost a breeze. There were a few hiccups from down the chain and our solicitor Deborah dealt with it in such a timely manner and honestly had the patience of a saint with us and with the chain. The trainee solicitor Tanya was also fantastic, my wife rang her a bit panicked as we were getting hounded from the estate agents and Tanya helped calm her down and sort it all out! It's not been a smooth ride but the Deborah helped it be as stressful free as it could. 10/10 would recommend and go with again!

We recently used Kirwans solicitors for the conveyancing of our house move and were so impressed with Andrew and his team! The professionalism, efficiency and communication experienced was impressive. The online app portal was easy to navigate and made accessing and completing the necessary forms so easy. It really felt like Andrew and the team at Kirwans bent over backwards to make sure we were able to move before the stamp duty rise for which we are so grateful. The team was so easy to communicate with and responses were prompt and knowledgable. We would definitely recommend Kirwans and use them again in the future!

Excellent Service
I was a joint executor with Kirwans for my mother. After her death I contacted Kirwans and was pleasantly surprised at how well they handled everything. I say surprised because at the same time my brother was struggling as an executor for his late father in law with his solicitors. However Sara Bellringer was great. She took over and handled everything. Obviously I had to supply information for her to be able to proceed but she was always very clear in asking for what she wanted. I can only say that given the completed forms she asked me to sign and information she asked for I would have been lost without the work she did. It took less than 9 months following my mothers death to conclude matters and the only reason it took that long was because of the way some of the financial institutions behaved in not responding in a timely manner.
