I have never had to use a service like this before, but I my experience through the whole process has been amazing, Gerald and his staff have been brilliant,so helpful and friendly giving me clear advice on what I needed to do, also keeping me updated on how things were going be email , would truly recommend to friends and family.

Very professional team with wide range of legal service, quite reputable in the valleys with a number of decentralised team with branches all over the valleys. Nice doing business with them
Absolutely disgusting company. Took the money from free legal aid and then have had no contact for the last 18 months despite telephone calls and emails. Willing to pay for taking it back to court as they know the case but no one will ever get back to me. I was with Kristy Smith. She doesn't work fridays so I had her personal number and she still ignored me to this date.Even Karen Harding her secretary wasn't responsive to my emails. Absolute ignorance.
Good solicitors.
I found these people especially Wayne Griffiths the part owner of this practice to be very lackadaisical in his approach. He was vague and didn't seem to want to discuss my case always seeming to dismiss my concerns with silly and loose handed remarks like phone back in 3 months!!He made me feel like I was taking up his time with silly questions and generally made me like i shouldn't be ringing and asking for advice. I would definitely not recommend these guys.

We used Devonalds for the first time this year to sell and purchase property. Our house sold the beginning of December and we had exchanged and were in our new property by the middle of Feb which was incredible work (especially when everything is shut over Christmas) completely pushed and facilitated by our solicitors. There were a few hold ups because of the solicitors being used by our sellers, and our bank who were so unhelpful and disorganised. We would have completed even quicker if all parties were as efficient as Devonalds. The only document we were waiting on were the Title Deeds which Land Registry were taking their time to process, we emailed Devonalds about chasing this which they did on our behalf and they are now on their way to us in the post. The customer service was fantastic, no question/request was too much. We will 100% be using again and highly highly recommend.

I just bought my first house with devonalds and couldnt be happier with there service. Everything was so smooth and easy and the whole process from first contacting them to getting my keys only took 7 weeks. I have had the absolute privilege recently to receive first class service from Devonalds on a legal matter from beginning to end ! The initial advice given by partner Joel Evans at Treorchy office was imparted to me in a very friendly , knowledgable and efficient manner , and the work undertaken by him on instruction was both swift and expertly undertaken. To enable the document to be executed following preparation I was offered the opportunity to attend Talbot Green office which was a more convenient location for me ….that was very much appreciated… the content of the documentation prepared was discussed comprehensively with Dylan at that office at a prearranged appointment with whom he, aided by Jasmine who witnessed the signature , I duly executed the document. The welcome at both offices was very friendly and exuded efficiency and professionalism at all times and the work undertaken for me was completed seamlessly and very promptly .Well done all !!!
