Steve explained everything to us about our Wills and what the best type for us would be. We also had an LPA done for us both and this was also explained very well to both of us. I have recommended him to our friends.

Initial phone call i stated I was in work so would have to call them back. This was ignored as "it won't take long". They did not listen and kept talking. After this I downloaded their app which they never updated the time line on. When getting the final numbers sent to me where I had to sign they got them wrong roughly 5 times. Even though they had been told by financial advisor and sellers solicitors the numbers and even sent me over the documents off of the other solicitors for me to sign with the correct numbers on them. After they got the figures "correct" they were still wrong and off by over £1000 i had to send them. When conducting bankruptcy checks for myself and the person who guifted my depost, they waiting to confirm with the person who gave a gift towards deposit until the day before completion. They had not filed for bankruptcy once in their life, and live in south wales. The person they had matched her name to lived in the other side of England. These checks could have made the purchase not go through. The day before completion. When they already had the money. I would never reccomend using Devonalds to anyone. Atleast not the Victoria best team who was in charge of my file. They are disorganised and leave everything important last minute

I have had the absolute privilege recently to receive first class service from Devonalds on a legal matter from beginning to end ! The initial advice given by partner Joel Evans at Treorchy office was imparted to me in a very friendly , knowledgable and efficient manner , and the work undertaken by him on instruction was both swift and expertly undertaken. To enable the document to be executed following preparation I was offered the opportunity to attend Talbot Green office which was a more convenient location for me ….that was very much appreciated… the content of the documentation prepared was discussed comprehensively with Dylan at that office at a prearranged appointment with whom he, aided by Jasmine who witnessed the signature , I duly executed the document. The welcome at both offices was very friendly and exuded efficiency and professionalism at all times and the work undertaken for me was completed seamlessly and very promptly .Well done all !!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Devonalds to any prospective client for any legal issues arising .
