Sinyee and her team were extremely helpful navigating the house buying process. As first time buyers there were a lot of unknowns for us and we felt taken care of and in very good hands. Sinyee was always responsive when we had queries and helped us understand anything we needed clarification on. The whole process was made as easy and quick as possible. We used Devonalds for the first time this year to sell and purchase property. Our house sold the beginning of December and we had exchanged and were in our new property by the middle of Feb which was incredible work (especially when everything is shut over Christmas) completely pushed and facilitated by our solicitors. There were a few hold ups because of the solicitors being used by our sellers, and our bank who were so unhelpful and disorganised. We would have completed even quicker if all parties were as efficient as Devonalds. The only document we were waiting on were the Title Deeds which Land Registry were taking their time to process, we emailed Devonalds about chasing this which they did on our behalf and they are now on their way to us in the post. The customer service was fantastic, no question/request was too much. We will 100% be using again and highly highly recommend.

I just bought my first house with devonalds and couldnt be happier with there service. Everything was so smooth and easy and the whole process from first contacting them to getting my keys only took 7 weeks. My solicitor was daniel Evans, him and his team was so helpful and i also found the app very easy to use. Would reccomend to anyone and will be using in the future for sure.
