I initially had a different solicitor assigned to my Employment Law case. After a few months, I was notified that my case had been assigned to Abdul. I was a little worried about this change but in high insight, I absolutely appreciated this changed. Abdul was very approachable, professional and very knowledgeable. He communicated with me in a very timely manner. He gave comprehensive information on possibilities but waited for direction. Abdul explained things in an understandable way without using legal jargon so it was easier to make informed decisions. Abdul had a lot of patience with me as I asked numerous questions. I am a HGV driver and I was about to loose my driving licence with an accumulation of points over the years. Thompsons Solicitors handled my case and with their expertise guided me through the court process. Keeping my license and just had to pay a small court cost.
