Once I had agreed to go ahead with my case and sent all documents that were asked of me, there were several weeks with no correspondence, however, I sent a few emails requesting updates, that seemed to get thing moving as my business was dealt with promptly and efficiently thereafter.

Would highly recommend Sue Lloyd. Every aspect of our move was dealt with very professionally and efficiently. Sue was always responding on the same day, she would also call and discuss any concerns. Sue was very proactive and kept matters moving along very swiftly. Hansells staff have all seemed very professional and efficient and I would highly recommend.

Having recently used Hansells for the sale of my shared ownership property, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Sue Lloyd made the whole process simple and efficient. As these matters do, especially being shared ownership, it took time from start to completion but Sue dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. I was kept updated regularly and if I ever had any queries Sue was very responsive and helpful.

Jane is nothing short of a godsend. We were facing an extremely stressful situation with the preparation and notarisation of several documents, then having them verified by overseas attorneys before finally couriering them. Jane was highly professional, calm, friendly and reassuring just when we needed that most. And, having notarised our documents, she went that extra mile by taking care of the whole thing on our behalf, immediately emailing the papers to the attorneys and sending them by courier. We would have paid almost anything for this sort of real, actual help, so were very pleasantly surprised when we received her invoice. We cannot thank her enough.

I dropped by Hansells on the off-chance that a solicitor could help me with a smallish task. I'd tried two other nearby firms of solicitors who couldn't help. On entering Hansells I was unbelievably fortunate that LW happened to be in reception. She most willingly gave her time immediately to the issue I had. With tea for me, entertainment for tiny grandson both cheerfully proffered by the friendly receptionist and my matter swiftly resolved by LW, it was the kind of experience that inspires faith in human nature and the profession.
