I used Neil Stubbs for a family law matter as my previous solicitors showed themselves to be incompetent, from the moment I met Neil it changed the way I felt about the matter and his professional manner made me feel the world wasn't against me and I did have a good case as I had thought. Don't waste your money on slightly cheaper alternatives when important things are at stake is a lesson I have learned . Thanks
Just had a very poor experience with Hansells. I've been using them on a regular basis to complete guarantee forms and certificate of confirmation, including as recently as 3-4 weeks ago. I proceed to use them again for the same service today with the meeting all set up. I attend the meeting and am told the fees have now increased by 67%! No advance notice beforehand so I'm at least prepared and subsequently can make an informed choice. They had a whole week to tell me. Not good customer service. The price they paid is no further business with me including today (I walked out disgusted) and hopefully other people reading this will mean they decide to use a different solicitor.

Jane is nothing short of a godsend. We were facing an extremely stressful situation with the preparation and notarisation of several documents, then having them verified by overseas attorneys before finally couriering them. Jane was highly professional, calm, friendly and reassuring just when we needed that most. And, having notarised our documents, she went that extra mile by taking care of the whole thing on our behalf, immediately emailing the papers to the attorneys and sending them by courier. We would have paid almost anything for this sort of real, actual help, so were very pleasantly surprised when we received her invoice. We cannot thank her enough.

I dropped by Hansells on the off-chance that a solicitor could help me with a smallish task. I'd tried two other nearby firms of solicitors who couldn't help. On entering Hansells I was unbelievably fortunate that LW happened to be in reception. She most willingly gave her time immediately to the issue I had. With tea for me, entertainment for tiny grandson both cheerfully proffered by the friendly receptionist and my matter swiftly resolved by LW, it was the kind of experience that inspires faith in human nature and the profession. Thank you both so much.
