I was under the impression all solicitors would be poor after trying three different solicitors for previous purchases, but Rudlings completely changed that. I won't go anywhere else now. Shaz was managing our purchase and he went above and beyond. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service. Made our purchase and sale stress free.

The conveyancing team led by Ashleigh have worked extremely hard to help me and my EA navigate an almost impossible situation with four very difficult separate parties. They respond quickly and professionally to communications and requests. We nearly didn’t make it to completion, but due to their timely response to information at the last minute, they were able to make it happen. Highly recommended.

Very poor, lots of problems with legal paperwork needing redoing, very slow completing sales. Lack of information passed to all parties. The list goes on

Absolutely amazing service from Rudlings! From the beginning Mr Shazad Butt was extremely helpful and patient. It's not cheap but every penny is worth it. Very helpful with advice and helping to get a new mortgage (right to buy) . Great communication and answered any questions quickly and thoroughly. We've got a 125 year lease, can't believe it. I'm very grateful for the support I received and would recommend him to anyone. p. s. Lack of professionalism after the purchase. We were told to wait a bit more for the land registry. Okay it's normal. Nearly a year later, after my email we finally got a document from the Land registry. The problem was that it was dated nearly 6 months earlier, and nobody from the Rudlings sent it to us. Shame. Year after their last letter they sent me again a land registry certificate. And surprise they held 115 quid and promised to refund it. Hope it doesn't take a year and half. Speechless
